We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Civil Engineer to lead our Falmouth branch office and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Site Civil Engineer / General Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Falmouth office, manage projects, and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Falmouth branch office, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Oversee and coordinate site civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
Utilize AutoCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, and software-based project management tools.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Support the professional growth and development of team members.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) License.
10+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, with a focus on private development being a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, digital file management, and project management software.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to lead and grow both personally and professionally.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary range:
$110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
