We are currently looking to grow and bring on a talented Engineer to join the team.

    Job Summary:
    The Engineer I will actively participate in engineering projects, ensuring their success and contributing to risk management.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Monitor and oversee engineering projects to ensure their smooth progress.
    Process requests and alerts to support project performance and risk control.
    Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement tools, automation, and long-term issue resolution.
    Resolve engineering issues, working with team members and external partners.
    Support the broader engineering team efforts as required.
    Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external partners.
    Perform other related duties to advance the organization's mission.


    Required Skills/Abilities:
    4+ Years of Professional Experience in engineering
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency with relevant software/tools.
    Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
    Some experience in a related engineering role may be preferred.


    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
