Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requirements Manager II to join our team in Herndon, VA
Description:
The Requirements Manager II also authors and maintains requirements documentation, conducting regular reviews and audits to identify any gaps or inconsistencies and recommending necessary changes or improvements
They may guide and train junior team members
The Requirements Manager II ultimately sets the standards to keep new hardware and software innovations on track with an organization's operational needs and goals
The Requirements Manager II takes direction from more senior personnel
