- Accurately prepares routine documents, agreements and instruments, such as confidentiality, purchase and lease contracts, etc. for North American customers/vendors according to company policies and procedures with minimal supervision
- Develops a thorough understanding of and familiarity with the company's business, its people, products, markets, facilities, customers and competitors and utilizes that knowledge in working with internal clients
- Maintains and continually strives to improve internal client relations by building credibility and creating an atmosphere of positive teamwork and problem solving
- Maintains contract database and maintains tracking and filing system for contracts as needed
- Coordinates with Sales Administration department to ensure accurate generation of contracts for gaming equipment
- Maintains consistent communications with internal clients, including in-person discussions, telephone calls, and emails
- Meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritizes work load to efficiently meet the needs of internal and external customers
- Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys or immediate supervisor
- Undertakes ad hoc projects under supervision of attorney or immediate supervisor
- Provides customer service support as it relates to contracts, ensuring the best possible customer service for internal and external customers while meeting the sales goals and objectives of the company
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years administrative experience
- 3-5 years corporate legal experience
- Paralegal Degree or Certification
- High attention to detail and excellent organization skills to ensure a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently while functioning well in a team environment
- Ability to apply logic and rationale to solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use company resources as needed to complete required tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, be proactive, take initiative, and ensure follow-through
- Strong sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to understand general business operations, issues and dynamics beyond the scope of basic legal issues
- Knowledge of the gaming industry
- Experience drafting contracts
- Fluent in English
