- Supervise department services, personnel, and account development.
- Assign work, provide technical expertise, and assist with account servicing.
- Review trends, handle complex accounts, and contribute to new business development.
- Prepare submissions, negotiate policies, manage claims and premiums.
- Implement quality control processes and stay informed about industry trends.
- Five years of commercial insurance experience.
- Experience managing a commercial accounts team.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial coverages and markets.
- Producer's license, Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
