    Description:

    Operate sample preparation, testing, and analyze data for HPLC assays

    • Perform pipetting, transfers, and serial dilutions of chemicals and solutions
    • Accurately weigh and measure reagents, standards, and samples
    • Adjust, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment like balances, repeaters, and pH meters
    • Troubleshoot various instruments including HPLC, UV-Cis, Spectrophotometer, gas chromatography, and dissolution instruments
    • Prepare mobile phases, media, and standards
    • Restock chemistry lab supplies
    • Participate in method validations, test protocols, investigations, and corrective actions
    • Lead investigations related to chemistry
