The MGB Neurosurgery Senior Administrative Director of Clinical Operations is a critical member of the department leadership team.They play an integral part in delivering efficient patient-centered clinical operations.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in business administration public health public administration strongly preferred
- 7-10 years management experience in an academic medical center required
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all members of the organization in ways that enhance understanding respect cooperation and problem solving
