Job summary

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Residential Services team.

In this role you will support individuals in achieving greater independence and fulfillment by helping with daily living skills emotional well-being and community involvement.
  • Support clients with daily activities such as grocery shopping errands hygiene and medication administration
  • Assist with mobility needs including two-person transfers and use of a Hoyer lift
  • Help clients achieve personal goals like cooking cleaning social integration transport clients to appointments and community events follow document progress on Person Centered Service Plans PCSPs communicate regularly with supervisors team members.
