Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech CompanyWe are looking for a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. As Sr.
Content Marketing Manager, you will contribute to integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive growth among new SMB audiences, establish BILL as a thought-leadership in our category, and promote conversions throughout the sales funnel.
In addition to driving content marketing initiatives, you will coordinate across teams (including product, sales, and cross-channel marketing teams) to support broader marketing initiatives.
This high-level individual contributor will work among a team of campaign managers and content marketers in order to support brand objectives and deliver our vision through authentic programs.
List of Responsibilities/Duties:
Design effective and innovative content marketing strategies while setting and tracking short-term goals and KPIs
Undertake content marketing initiatives to help achieve business goals
Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content, including webinars, email nurture campaigns, ebooks, and guides
Drive conversions and engagement through compelling marketing content to help meet sales goals and metrics
Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing, content team, and Growth Marketing team members to create and develop a content program that meets the goals of the organization, using data to drive decision-making and prove ROI
Build an understanding of BILL's SMB audience personas, segments, and verticals, and the prospects who will engage with our content
Execute on robust content calendars and production schedules for recurring initiatives and product launches, ensuring content is updated on a regular schedule
Collaborate with teams across the org to ensure consistent and accurate content messaging
Stay up-to-date on new communication tools, best practices, and competitive activity to best use technology and trends
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
8+ years work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization (payments industry experience preferred but not required)
Experience contributing to robust content programs, from end-to-end
Experience with tracking and reporting analytics using platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
Excellent writing and editing skills (including portfolio of samples)
Ability to manage cross-functional projects
Understanding of B2B marketing process and content benefits
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to continually drive improvements
Ability to create and understand customer personas
