    Job DescriptionWho we are looking for: Are you the Senior Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients Lindencroft is a group home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Lindencroft provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. JRI provides the training so that:
    • YOU will be able to assist in overseeing our Residential Department's supervision system ensure all staff receive appropriate and timely supervisions to help promote professional development.
    • YOU will be able to plan and run shifts to ensure safety of milieu and all policies are followed as well as participate in rotating on call coverage
    • YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures, and ensure that staffing ratios are met at all times.
    • YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
    • YOU will support staff and programming by leading residential meetings and trainings.

    Requirements:
    • Must be 21 years of age.
    • Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
    • Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
    • Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
    • Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
    • At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students?
    • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
