Job summary
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) Associate will implement and improve manufacturing processes required to meet the needs of the operation for both existing and new products.Position Attributes and Responsibilities Develop leadership skills in Operations through on the job experiences participating on and leading projects that drive high performance in our Operations. Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project driven positions in Operations during each 12-month assignment at a location. Potential project assignments include: Lean Manufacturing/Process Controls/Formal Kaizens, Technology and Plant Floor improvements, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Operational Productivity and Financial Metrics,
- Design and implement process improvements.
- Lead teams to complete productivity lean quality product startup projects.
