EcoVapor manages and operates unique vapor recovery and gas processing equipment. Our base of operations is our shop in Greeley CO.

EcoVapor's system-based products reduce flaring and emissions at oil and gas production sites. Most are standalone vessels called ZerO2s and others, called ZRUs, incorporate engine or motor drivers, small compressors, and all the supporting equipment and supplies including PLCs, catalyst, several oil blends, antifreeze, drive belts, bearings, air filters, oil filters, spark plugs, etc.

Some of this equipment is purchased locally at automobile and oilfield parts stores, and other supplies are ordered online. Keeping track of key wear items, current inventory, and knowledge of lead times are important to maintenance and minimizing downtime

This requires communicating directly with the Team to plan for the next day or week, putting together parts and supplies for the pending work organized by unit. It also requires the shop steward to coordinate with our manufacturer/suppliers to ensure equipment/parts are received in a timely manner.

Philosophies that need to be continued:

Failed parts not under warranty are put in a scrap pile for company lunch money.

    Fluids

New fluids are to be located in the east end of the shop against the north wall.

New fluids in drums are to be stored outside the shop along the south wall on the east end.
