- Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards
- Use supplies and facility properly to minimize loss, waste, and fraud
- Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
- Ensure the hot bar us ready for guests
- Condense and refill as needed
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles
- Clean and stock work stations
- 2+ years of restaurant experience required
