You will also handle administrative and clerical responsibilities within a designated area. **Reports to:** Supervisor/ Manager **FLSA:** Non-exempt **Key Responsibilities:** - Performing basic patient care duties as directed by an RN - Assisting patients with personal care and daily activities - Reporting any abnormal findings to the nursing staff - Maintaining cleanliness and order in patient rooms and common areas - Keeping accurate patient records and documentation - Performing general support tasks like stocking supplies and clerical duties - Greeting and assisting patients and visitors **Minimum Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) **Skills:** Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work under minimal supervision, and handle stressful situations **Certifications:** Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) **Work Experience:** 1 year in healthcare (Preferred) **EEOC Statement:** UP Health System - Marquette provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all applicants and employees, abiding by all anti-discrimination laws.
