- Deep technical knowledge of Paper & Board Machine processes and applications.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead complex sales cycles and collaborate across global teams.
- Multilingual (English required; Spanish or French a plus).
- Willingness to travel extensively within North America.

North America Sales Manager - Paper & Board MachinesYour Impact
As NA Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives for Paper & Board Machines across North America.
This role combines technical depth with commercial leadership to deliver high-value solutions that strengthen ANDRITZ's market position and help customers meet their performance and sustainability goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to expand ANDRITZ's Paper & Board Machine business in North America.
Lead Consultative Sales:
Engage customers with a solution-oriented approach, translating technical capabilities into business value.
Proposal Leadership:
