Provides crisis intervention assistance to residents and prospective residents answers Hotline and business line conducts telephone assessment interviews and intake/exit processes makes emergency referrals provides information regarding services of staff and volunteers assists residents in developing a plan of action orients every new shelter resident enforces house rules facilitates conflict resolution oversees safety security general welfare maintains liaison communicates regularly provides transportation attends meetings conducts routine emergency procedure drills assists cleanliness facility repairs other duties assigned.
