    • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers while maintaining productive relationships.

    Operations:

    • Ensure daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards.
    • Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor, adhering to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
    • Support store inventory processes, processing shipments, stocking shelves, and replenishing sales floors.
    • Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
    • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

    Work Setup:

    BASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $18.00
