- Serve as senior advisor for stream bank restoration assessment and design, bioengineering, geomorphology studies, stormwater management assessment and design.
- Conduct technical training internally and externally on stream restoration design and sediment transport.
- Assist project teams as a technical resource
- Provide quality control reviews of technical deliverables.
- Support project proposals and statements of qualification (SOQ) for new projects
- Mentor and train junior staff engineers.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and functional management abilities are required.
- The position includes interaction with both internal and external clients and a commitment to client service.
- 15+ years' experience in restoration management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- CFM preferred
