AireBeam, a Fiber, and fixed wireless Internet Service Provider, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Network Operations Support Technician to assist with the operations of the Network and IT Group.

What You'll Do

· Provide exemplary customer service.

· support of wireless operations for fixed wireless networks and GPON fiber networks

· Maintain, configure, and operate computer systems.

· Install/upgrade computer components and software.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

· Provide documentation/specifications for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure.

· Ensure timely resolution of all desktop applications, workstation, and related equipment issues.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Administration, Mobile Device Management and Repair

· Knowledge Of Wireless Technologies and The Support of Wireless ISP Operations

· Knowledge Of Routing and Switching in A Large Enterprise Environment

· Knowledge And Experience Administering a Large, Multi-Site LAN/WAN Network

· Knowledge Of Dynamic LAN/WAN Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF)

· Knowledge Of Wi-Fi Networking Technologies

· Knowledge Of Network Security and Firewall Administration

· Knowledge of TCP/IP troubleshooting and network traffic problems.

· Must have good written and verbal communication skills

· Good ability to create documentation

The Qualifications You Must Have

· High school diploma

· Tech support experience.

· Previous experience with IT ticketing systems.

· Experience using and supporting MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
