We are currently searching for a Crew Leader who will be responsible to lead a team in the successful implementation of projects..

Job Responsibilities include:

• Managing a crew of Technicians, including but not limited to providing direction, training and coaching
• Maintaining and operating various equipment and tools
• Interacting with customers and supervisor
• Keeping accurate records of material and labor hours
• Snow Plowing during winter months

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience, prior supervisory experience is preferred
• The ability to operate all types of maintenance related equipment, power tools and the ability to drive a company vehicle
• The physical ability to lift and work outdoors in various climate elements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to lead, direct and train
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and license check
