As a Registered Nurse at NCG Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform treatments, and educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions.

Requirements
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

BLScertification (Basic Life Support)
ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
