    The Role:

    You will be working in a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced environment, supporting system integrators locally and in Northern America. You will be the first point of technical support for the System Integrator's in your region providing technical support and training as required.

    As a new member to the team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers through expert training and support on Optergy's products and services.

    This role involves some travel throughout the continental United States to conduct training sessions, provide on-site technical support, and foster strong customer relationships.

    Your deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills will ensure our customers can effectively utilize Optergy solutions to achieve their operational goals.

    Tasks/Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive training programs including both face-to-face and remote training to our system integrator network.
    • Provide technical support and assistance for the Optergy software, hardware, or technical problems.
    • Perform product demonstrations at customer sites, trade shows, and other events, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Optergy's solutions.
    • Guide customers through software installations and launch newly-installed programs for the first time.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and feedback to improve product development and service delivery.
    • Occasionally need to work outside of normal business hours in order to resolve technical issues.

    You will have demonstrable hands-on experience in the controls and building automation industry and a true passion for technology. A pragmatic thinker who seeks to find solutions outside the box. A versatile and flexible individual who thrives managing a wide scope to keep you challenged.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3 years' experience in control systems and/or the building automation industry.
    • Qualifications in a relevant industry or a technical diploma preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Building Management and Controls systems including specifications, planning, documentation, programming and commissioning.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • The ability to communicate ideas effectively, to listen to others' ideas, and to collaborate to arrive at great solutions
    • An ability to self manage tasks as required & ability to perform under pressure and within tight time-frames
