    Vaco has partnered with an industry leading payment technology organization in their search for a Project Administrator.

    In this role you will assist project managers/project teams in planning and organizing project activities, including creating project schedules, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
    Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
    Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
    Monitor project progress and update project managers on key milestones, risks, and issues.

    Assist in resource allocation and tracking, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.

    Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
    Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
    Conduct research and provide analysis on project-related topics to support decision-making processes.
    Assist in expense tracking for projects and support project financial management activities (preferred).

    Skills:
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members and stakeholders.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in managing project documentation.
    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.

    Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
    Knowledge of project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, etc. (preferred)

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
    Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role.
    Proficient in project management software and tools.
    Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
    Experience in Enterprise Systems/ERP implementation projects (HIGHLY preferred).
    Certification in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, etc. (preferred).
