    Job SummaryJob DescriptionResponsibilities may include:
    Team player with excellent communication and able to work under pressure while maintaining ConocoPhillips SPIRIT valuesComplete routine and non-routine maintenance of company aircraft that includes Gulfstream Large Cabin, Citation Latitude and Embraer ERJ-145 IAW Aircraft Technical Data and Aircraft Manufacturer SpecificationsResponsible for assuring company aircraft are airworthy and maintained to the highest state of mechanical condition, cleaned and in position for departuresLaunch and recover aircraft, preflight, post flight, brief with crewmembers, resolve any discrepancies, assist passengers, and responsible that aircraft is ground handled in accordance with company proceduresKeep Director of Maintenance informed of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance eventsEnter discrepancies and corrective actions of all performed maintenance in the aircraft permanent records IAW FAR and Part 125Aircraft towing, fueling, de-fueling, aircraft cleaning (exterior and interior)

    Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hangar, shops, tools, specialty equipment, etc; all tools are providedMaintain a working knowledge of the procedures, parts, and tools needed to perform inspections, maintenance, and repair on company aircraftPerform inspections of incoming parts, including all documentation and physical conditionPerform engine runs and Aircraft Taxi Test, when designatedOrder parts for current and upcoming maintenance eventsRemain current and knowledgeable regarding, but not limited to, the Manufacturer's maintenance manuals, Corporate Maintenance / Flight Operations Manual, Global Aviation's GMM and all Federal Aviation RegulationsLead or participate in other special projects as specified to enhance their individual capability and improve the overall operation of the departmentMaintain aircraft records, safety forms, regulatory compliance items, and other required documentation using Computerized Maintenance Programs on a regular basisBasic/Required:
    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employerCurrently hold a valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificate5+ years of aviation maintenance and return to service experienceWilling and able (with or without a reasonable accommodation) to work all days of the week, including evenings, holidays and weekends to meet flight schedules per established work guidelinesWilling and able (with or without a reasonable accommodation) to perform/comply with following: Lift a stationary weight of 50lbs from bench level to a shelf 18 inches above bench level; Climb heights to work from scissor lifts, stands and ladders; Work outside in harsh weather conditions; Be exposed to high levels of noise during aircraft engine operations (hearing protection provided)

    Preferred:
    FAA Part 25 aircraft maintenance experience to include Gulfstream G600 and Embraer ERJ145Strong communication and inter-personal skillsResponds resourcefully, flexibly, and positively when faced with challenges and demandsBuilds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethicalTakes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what is rightDelivers positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goalsActively communicates and takes time to safely perform work to protect our people and environmentActively seeks out a diverse group of people and organizations to collectively achieve business goals
