    Description

    Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse


    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a NICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and premature infants.



    Responsibilities:



    • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the intensive care unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

    • Maintain accurate records of patients' medical history, symptoms, treatment plans, and outcomes.

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

    • Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required based on facility need.

    In this Role You Will:



    Possess at least 2 years of previous experience working as a NICU nurse.
    Have successfully completed at least one travel contract
    . Be proficient in using EPIC electronic medical records system.
    Hold Wisconsin nursing license or eligibility for licensure by reciprocity or endorsement from another state's board of nursing.
