Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (Dealer Service) Endurance Dealer Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive and process online orders for marketing materials.

Pick orders from the shipping room according to order specifications.

Package marketing materials securely and professionally to prevent damage during shipping.

Respond to requests via email promptly, providing details of packaged items and including tracking numbers for shipments.

Maintain inventory of marketing materials and shipping supplies, replenishing stock as needed.

Receive incoming shipments and organize them in the supply room.

Keep the supply room well-organized and ensure easy accessibility of materials. Assemble marketing materials for back stock to meet future demand.

Monitor and reorder shipping materials when necessary to maintain adequate supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or related field is a plus.

Reliable transportation to commute to and from the Northbrook office location.

Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and packaging.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Proficiency in using shipping software and systems to generate labels and track shipments.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to correspond with internal teams and external partners.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
