The Regional Sales Director Protective role is critical to leading a team that executes a truly differentiated set of commercial insights to local customers and prospects for the Protective portfolio across the North Central region with a strong preference for leader based in Minneapolis–St. Paul or Milwaukee area.
Responsibilities include: Leads Inspires Manages and Coaches High-Performing Sales Team Demonstrates Market and Solution Knowledge Drives Profitability Improvement Leads Sales Planning and Growth Manages Administrative Duties Participates in Corporate Programs The ideal Candidate will have the following experience Results driven Customer centric Strong leadership communication and team management skills Data driven decision maker with experience in sales forecasting pipeline management and performance analysis.
