    CNC Process Engineer


    INCOME:
    up to $95K plus great benefits

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Bachelor's in engineering or 10 years of equivalent experience
    • Programming experience on CNC mills and CNC lathes
    • Robotic programming is a plus
    • Ability to read prints, Gd&T and interpret solid models

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Work from prints/models to develop CNC milling or turning processes.
    • Calculate cycle times, chip loads, feeds/speeds and other engineering calculations.
    • Document set up sheets, work instructions and tool lists.
    • Generate CNC code (conversational/G and M code experience). MasterCam is a plus.
    • Select cutting tools, fixtures, chuck jaws and/or collets.
    • Train machinists on the process including quality control plans.
    • Debug and troubleshoot set ups, programs, tooling and process issues.
    • Work on special projects to improve processes, tooling and set up time.
    • Collaborate with technical team members.
