Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and enjoys providing care in a variety of settings.

This full-time position will work Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00am to 3:30pm and will be based at our Granite City, IL housing site.

Provide consumer-driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services. Use evidence-based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.

Or Bachelor's degree and CADC certification; Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable. Basic computer skills including MS Office and an electronic medical record.
