HR & Benefits Manager - White Plains, United States - The New York Conference | The United Methodist Church
Description
This position educates and assists conference staff, active clergy and retired
clergy with health, pension and welfare benefit plans. The position
interacts directly with Cabinet members and others by researching and providing support on specific clergy benefit issues such as retirement, disability and leave policies. This position maintains accurate employment and benefit records by updating and maintaining data in a variety of Conference and external systems. This position also serves as the single point of contact for HR
questions, issues and activities related to conference staff, and reports to
the Director of Administrative Services.
