- Develop and manage the University's Space Program, aligning with institutional goals and capital planning initiatives.
- Establish and maintain design and construction standards supporting BIM, CADD, GIS, HALO, and related systems.
- Integrate and optimize software platforms to support space planning, facilities data, and program objectives.
- Maintain and update the University's space database to ensure accurate, accessible facilities and space information.
- Collaborate with Capital Projects, Construction Services, Utilities, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of space data and room numbering standards.
- Maintain accurate building archive drawings and manage facilities space data lifecycle processes.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in drafting, space planning, and space data management
- Associate's degree in Drafting, Architectural Design, Applied Sciences
- Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
- Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.

This position will lead the development and management of the University's Space Program and database, overseeing electronic models and space data for more than 17 million square feet of facilities. The role collaborates across campus to maintain accurate space information, provide data analysis and reporting, and support strategic decisions related to space utilization, demolition planning, and building use changes.
