    Position Type:

    • Both Full-time and Part-time roles available.

    Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

    • Smile.
    • Maintain eye contact.
    • Speak enthusiastically.
    • Create emotional connections with guests.
    • Uphold and promote the vision and values of the Restaurant.
    • Handle multiple tasks swiftly and effectively.
    • Be team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
    • Capable of standing for extended periods and effectively communicating with guests and Team Members.
    • Always adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
    • Complete any other assigned tasks.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Consistent and reliable.
    • Positive and cheerful demeanor.
    • Passionate about serving and helping others.
    • Customer service focused.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Adept at multitasking.
    • Works well independently and in a team setting.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours.
    • Able to lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly.
    • Able to stand for prolonged periods.
