The Professional Division of Spherion Mid-Ohio is partnered with an established and growing construction company in Columbus, OH is seeking Carpenters with pay up to $27 an hour + Bonus based on skill set & experience.

Never go through a temp-to-hire process. provide professional services in constructing, repairing building frameworks and structures, and detailed interior finishing.
Forms and pours concrete
Lays out and frames walls with wood or metal studs
Hangs and finishes drywall
Installs wall protection including FRP board , crash rails, corner guards, etc.
Installs cabinets, trim and other finish carpentry
Adheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment

Appropriate education or a combination of experience and training that equips an individual with the necessary skills, knowledge, and qualities to effectively perform carpentry tasks.

Solid understanding of techniques, materials, tools, and equipment, including their safe usage
Strong math skills necessary for carpentry are required
Must be willing and able to travel to jobsites which may at times require overnight stays away from home
Can work at heights, including on scaffolding and ladders, without fear
Capable of regularly working in outdoor weather conditions that may be wet, hot, humid, or freezing, and dealing with dirt and dust
