Plumbing Installation Technician

N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solutions and our decision support system, N-Drip ConnectTM, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to recruit an Installation Technician, Plumber to join our USA -based N-Drip / ConnectTM team, and help us lead the change in agriculture. This representative will spend the summer months (approximately April - September) in Nebraska and potentially other midwestern states as project needs demand then spend fall/ winter months (approximately October through April) completing installation projects throughout Arizona.

Occasional overtime, night, and weekend hours are offered and are compensated for with time and a half. Company vehicles are provided for work-related travel. Main Reponsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within our infrastructure, including pipes, valves, fittings, and flow meters.
• Stage and prep system components needed for projects.
• Ensure system is installed to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems, promptly implementing effective solutions to minimize system downtime.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure proper integration of plumbing components with the overall irrigation system.
• Keep accurate records of installations and repairs performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with plumbing systems, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• As needed, operate irrigation systems at multiple farms/projects.
• As needed, observe regular system operation & report specified data.
• Maintain, at all times, an astute awareness of your surroundings
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
• Communicate customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in irrigation systems a plus.
• Familiarity with drip irrigation systems: pipes, valves, emitters, drip tape etc.
• Safe & compliant operation of motor vehicle w/ trailer attached.
• Ability to operate farm equipment including GPS guided tractors.
• Previous experience in agricultural work
• High-level communication skills
• Current driver's license
