- Assesses families referred for suspected maltreatment and provides necessary treatments.
- Offers voluntary prevention services to families to prevent family maltreatment.
- Provides prevention counseling to individuals, families, or groups at risk for maltreatment.
- Coordinates services for families, monitors client progress, and utilizes social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
- Must be a U.S. licensed clinical Social Worker.
- Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
- Minimum of two years of post-master's degree experience within professional clinical counseling service programs.
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries NACI Tier I Clearance.
- Possess and maintain Basic Life Support Certification.
- Minimum Salary: $53,125
- Maximum Salary: $84,995

The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) is a crucial member of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team, playing a key role in assessing and treating families facing suspected maltreatment. Additionally, the FATM supports the New Parent Support Program (NPSP) and provides Family Advocacy Strength-Based Therapy (FAST) services to at-risk individuals, families, or groups.
