    Job Duties include:

    Accurately processing sales orders and meeting daily deadlines

    Effectively communicating & coordinating with regional sales managers, shipping and brokers as needed to meet customer requests

    Provide exceptional customer service and support

    Other duties as assigned

    Desired Qualifications:

    2+ years of customer service experience

    Experience with grocery/food business or logistics driven industry a plus

    Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills

    Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

    Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, team-oriented environment

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
