- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5+years of related experience developing and evaluating training strategies, training support packages, and technical manuals for infantry weapons and optics systems, responsible for equipping Marines with the knowledge and skills to operate and maintain new equipment
- Must Haves: Extensive experience with supporting new equipment fielding, New Equipment Training (NET) and New Equipment Training Team (NETT), and coordination with operating forces and training commands.
- Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with a current passport, Active Secret Clearance
- Travel: Ability to travel CONUS / OCONUS, up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
- Skills: Range scheduling, understanding of Marine Corp new equipment training (NET), Relevant DoD experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team, Ability on work on site and travel
- Client Familiarity: USMC
- Tools Familiarity: New Equipment Training Team, or NETT; Force Design's strategic modernization plan, responsible for equipping Marines with the knowledge and skills to operate and maintain new equipment
- Support developing and evaluating training strategies, training support packages, and technical manuals for infantry weapons and optics systems, responsible for equipping Marines with the knowledge and skills to operate and maintain new equipment
- Support new equipment fielding, New Equipment Training (NET) and New Equipment Training Team (NETT), and coordination with operating forces and training commands
- Plans and coordinates logistics support for developmental and operational testing events, including range scheduling, asset readiness, transportation, and test configuration management for infantry weapons and optics systems
- Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses
- Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders
- Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
