- You will create and execute key financial & business strategies.
- Managing a small team, you would be responsible for all Finance / Accounting requirements: monthly, quarterly & annual statements, simulations of projected finances, forecasting, tax implications, reporting and presenting findings to Corporate & PE firm rep's.
- PRODUCT MANUFACTURING Finance leadership experience is REQUIRED
- Experienced with costs related to inventory, WIP, scrap, finished goods, reworks (Ideally mechanical / electronics / electro-mech products)
- Strong Finance experience leading, analyzing, and reporting on all financial requirements
- Team Leadership & mentoring with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, own the financials of the company and guide the GM on strategy
- Fluent in cost accounting, Excel & GAAP
- Bachelor's degree - Finance / Business Administration
- US CITIZENSHIP required
- M&A experience
- Previously involved in PE Sale
- FAR / DFAR (Defense / Government Accounting)
