    Description

    Human Resources Generalist

    • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain outstanding talent
    • Manage the full spectrum of recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
    • Handle new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other fringe benefits
    • Process payroll accurately and on-time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
    • Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Help to curate and drive a world-class culture making CK Composites the employer of choice among top talent in Western Pennsylvania

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, administration, benefits, payroll, and compliance
    • Familiarity with affirmative action plans and willingness to work with legal counsel on compliance
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
