- Account Management Assistant – includes service delivery operational support; facilitation of contractor onboarding, timesheet tracking, accounting support, and growing business with existing customer base, primarily by direct communication and through client Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Business Development - includes prospecting and capturing new customers
- Consistently track job order status and communicate to recruitment team.
- Submit candidates both in VMS and directly to client points of contact, and manage the interview process
- Meet and exceed set goals for sales activity including prospecting activity, presentations, interviews, and contractors assigned to both existing customers and potential new clients
- High energy with the ability to execute a high volume of telephone calls, and a comfort level making cold calls and being accountable to client managers.
- Ability to work mostly independently, with some training and guidance, and coordinate support resources.
- Ability to analyze customer or project job requirements and effectively align them to resume skill sets.
- Ability to understand and effectively utilize job boards, customer Vendor Management Systems and the company's Applicant Tracking System.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational, planning and written documentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Humanities, Education or Technical related disciplines or 2 or more years of relevant experience
- This will initially be an onsite only role that can transition to partial remote depending on professional development and meeting performance metrics.
