Job summary
The Resident Pastoral Tutor is responsible for providing high-quality pastoral support to the pupils in the House. They must be willing to carry out any duty reasonably requested by the Master.Responsibilities
- To work with the HM and Dame/House Manager to provide excellent pastoral care to all the pupils in the house.
- To demonstrate best practice in boarding, safeguarding and compliance.
- To strengthen the boarding community within the house.
