    CNC Machine Operator

    2nd shift Mon-Fri 4:00pm - 12:30am

    Shift differential for 2nd shift based on experience

    CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift


    As a Manufacturing Cell Operator, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our lean manufacturing environment.

    We're seeking reliable individuals with the ability to read blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude. Follow Standard Work for machine setup, running parts, and preventative maintenance.


    • Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations or operate additional equipment.
    • Update and maintain visual controls.
    • Identify and report equipment abnormalities.
    • 2+ years in machining or equivalent education in a related field with basic math and computer skills.
    • Trade school certification in a related field is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficient in speaking and reading English.
    • Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machining work centers, specializing in tool changes and in-process offset adjustments.
    • Effective use of metrology equipment for precise measurements.
    • Proficiency in CNC machinery (mills/lathes) and CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma.
    Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

    The position is classified as onsite, working in an industrial manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals.

    Union Relationship:
    8 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers with a closed shop. All hourly employees are union members.


    • After probation, the employee will join the union with an initiation fee and monthly dues.
