Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team
The ideal candidate will:
Forge and maintain a close working relationship with all team members as well as with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Support in implementing work processes, procedures, and quality policies as required by the project.
Assist in ensuring that all risks are identified, assessed, and preventive measures are implemented in a timely manner when required.
Ensure the technical integrity of all Electrical Engineering activities and deliverables for work performed through project lifecycle phases and for compliance to project-specific performance, integrity, quality, and HSE requirements.
Aid the Electrical Engineering discipline during meetings, audits, verifications, workshops, and technical reviews and be responsible for an effective and timely resolution of identified issues.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in medium/large-sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the Upstream Oil and Gas sector and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.
Additional responsibilities include:
Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving plans and work schedules.
Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.
Analyzing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding.
Performing other job-related tasks as required.
