We continue to invest heavily in Analytics, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence. We're looking for an Associate Director - Technical Product Management to join the Technology Solutions Group
    What will this person do?

    Reduce the feedback loop with customers through proactive planning and collaboration with Engineering, Product management, Service Delivery, and IT organization.

    Execute strategy in partnership with company leadership and a broad set of stakeholders across various functions.

    Communicate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to identify and assess product and program requirements; apply this knowledge to support product development strategy.

    Oversee the product process from development through production; proactively addresses and solves any issues and risks.
    Ruthless prioritization across the product portfolio.
    Manage stakeholders, risks, and dependencies for programs and represent programs from a technical, business, program perspective to the leadership.
    Develop, implement, and enforce key performance metrics, milestones, specifications, documentation and reporting requirements, and budgets.
    Track and analyze product, program, and process costs.
    Oversee and facilitate cross-functional projects and teams.
    Communicate department/program performance and process to senior leadership through periodic status reports and presentations.
    Ensure compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices and adherence to company processes and procedures.
    Create a collaborative culture with unconditional responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
    Provide vision, leadership, direction and coaching to ensure continuous and successful employee development.

    It would also be great if you have the following:

    Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
    MBA or master's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience.
    10+ years of experience delivering eDiscovery Solutions.
    5+ years of people management experience.
    3+ years of technical program management experience with Agile delivery.

    3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to land business impact.

    PMP, Lean, or Agile certifications
    Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to improve business processes and practices.
    Ability to identify and implement best practices and continual performance measurement.
    Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

    Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice.

    Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep empathy for teams and partners.
    Exceptional cross-team collaboration; ability to work across different functions and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
    Ability to manage program communications with key stakeholders at all levels across the company.
    Work Environment and Physical Demands
    Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.

    Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.

    Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
