Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to join our team at Haile Gold Mine. As a Senior Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies for underground mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.A key responsibility of this role is planning & scheduling routine maintenance in collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams. You will also track component age and condition using the Pronto CMMS, create Bills of Materials (BoMs), maintain accurate routine maintenance data in Pronto, create work orders requisitions expedite parts labor as needed assist in developing annual budget using Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) report monthly on key performance indicators availability MTBF component usage cost analyze historical data support lifecycle planning budgeting liaise suppliers contractors ensure compliance company government policies provide input adhere Oceana Asset Management Framework (AMF).
