    The Vice President Treasurer is responsible for driving the strategic direction and management of the System's treasury functions, focusing on corporate liquidity and balance sheet management.

    This critical role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

    **Responsibilities Include:**

    • Leading the development of cash management policy and procedures to ensure the optimization of the organization's funds.
    • Implementing effective cash flow forecasting tools and processes to provide timely communication to stakeholders.
    • Managing the acquisition and maintenance of bank account services, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
    • Overseeing the merchant services treasury program, including PCI compliance, merchant card processing, and treasury management.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external parties, including senior leadership, finance committee, financial advisors, and rating agencies.

    **Requirements:**

    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
    • 7 Years Experience in financial leadership roles.
    • Demonstrated transactional experience in completing complex investment structures and issuing bonds, credit facilities, derivatives, leases, and other financial instruments.
    • Experience in developing high-performance teams.
    • Experience creating and maintaining client/vendor/department relationships.
