- You will lead multidisciplinary in-house design teams in providing and coordinating Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build architectural design work with engineering disciplines, products, and services within specified milestones and quality standards.
- You will prepare design, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates for new and renovation projects using architectural CAD software. Experience in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is desirable.
- You will investigate and evaluate architectural and engineering issues and concerns in existing facilities to develop recommendations and options for remediation or corrective measures.
- You will provide design services during construction award services to include review and approval of contractor submittals.
- Your will serve as a mentor for new and junior architects in the organization.
