Description

• Reports to the electrical manager.
• Provide technical guidance and planning to maintenance electricians for performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting production equipment.
• Prepare specifications and documentation for equipment upgrades and modifications based on cost-benefit analysis and machine efficiency.
• Keep and organize accurate records associated with projects.
• Available for 24-hour consultation with maintenance electricians for equipment abnormals.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the maintenance manager or maintenance director.
• Comply with plant safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace

• B.S. degree in electrical engineering field or significant work experience in field.
• Familiar with drive and PLC operational theory, with past knowledge of power distribution and/or PC network experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good administrative skills.
• Computer literacy desirable.
• Familiar with AutoCad software is plus.
