    Receptionist

    Experience individualized care at an Extended Care affiliated facility. Each facility's highly skilled clinical and therapy teams are well-versed in delivering specialized services that are centered around your specific needs, interests, and capabilities.     Our facility is looking for dynamic and compassionate individuals to help enrich the lives of our residents, making every day vibrant with beautiful smiles and tender care.

    Every Friday 7am-2pm

    Every other Saturday 7a-2p or 2p-8p and Sunday 7a-2p

    We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to greet all visitors and guests by welcoming them and directing them appropriately, answer and address all incoming calls and maintain clerical responsibilities.

    Receptionists must have the following:

    • 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
    • Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
    • Professional telephone etiquette
    • Strong verbal and listening skills
    • Multi-tasking skills
    • Passion for helping others
    • Excellent customer service
    • Teamwork qualities

    • Reliability

    The Receptionist will:

    · Welcome visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner

    · Answer and route phone calls

    · Distribute mail

    · Provide clerical support as assigned
