    Job Description

    We are seeking Barre and Mat Pilates Instructors for our Washington DC locations. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality fitness experience to our members, adhering to class descriptions and modifying intensity as needed.

    • Teach engaging classes while continuously monitoring exercise intensity;
    • Ensure timely starts and ends of classes;
    • Communicate effectively with Group Fitness Manager on member feedback and scheduling;

    Requirements:

    • A current certification in Barre and/or Mat Pilates;
    • Experience teaching group fitness classes;
    • CPR/AED certification;
    • Knowledge of basic anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise modifications;
    • A commitment to ongoing education and professional development;
    • A friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality;
